We will be offering master classes with Amanda Seamster-Clark following Recital. I hope you will be taking advantage of this great opportunity!

For Level 1 and 2 dancers, we have a master course in Musical Theatre on Tuesday, June 17th from 4:30-5:30 PM.

Also for Level 3 and 4 dancers, we have a master class in Jazz on Thursday, June 19th from 4:30-5:30 PM.

The cost for each class is $15.00, and dancers must pre-register & pre-pay.

Now is the time, before picture day, to make sure your costume(s) fits, to put names in/on all the parts (somewhere that won't show), remove tags that are visible through the fabric, and make any alterations/adjustments that need to be made. Please refer to the costume sheet that you got prior to paying for the costumes to see how the costume parts go on.

Please be patient and help us stay as close to schedule as possible!!

• Parking will be a problem that day. Please do not block the neighbors' driveways.
• Due to large size of group there will be no group picture for Modern or Musical Theater classes. If you would like individual pictures in these costumes you may get them taken anytime.
• We will be glad to work in individuals, small groups or any other extra photos you desire. Just let us know.
• Picture ordering envelopes:
  • Please pick these up at our office, and
  • please have them filled out before you get here to be photographed.
  • You must hand us your filled-out envelope with check or credit card information before we take the photos.
  • PLEASE fill our a separate check for each photo you wish to have taken (each costume) or put your charge information on each envelope. It will speed things up and keep us on schedule and will help to keep orders straight.
• Please be here and ready at your assigned time.
• Have your dancer's name written in every costume.
• Dancers may wear small amount of make-up, but stage make-up is not needed.
• Remember - there will be NO individual pictures taken on stage this year.
• There will also be no cameras allowed in the studio while we are photographing.
• Parents should remain in the reception area while we are photographing.
• Please be patient and help us stay as close to schedule as possible!!

• Dress Rehearsal will be Wednesday, June 11th.
• Dancers need to be dressed and ready to go on stage for the finale picture at 6:00 p.m.
• All dancers stay until the end of the show (all will be seated in main floor of auditorium)
• Estimated time of dismissal will be approx. 8:30 p.m.
• Only designated helpers (must be signed up PRIOR to that night) will be allowed on main floor.
• Each family is allowed one person to stay in balcony to take pictures or video if you would like. Anyone else who chooses to stay must purchase a full price ticket. No exceptions!
• No one is allowed to take pictures or video from main floor.

• Dress Rehearsal will be Thursday, June 12th.
• Dancers need to be dressed and ready to go on stage for the finale picture at 6:00 p.m.
• Same rules apply to this dress rehearsal as apply to the above dress rehearsal.
• Estimated time of dismissal for this rehearsal will be approx. 11:00 p.m.

• No classes on July 4th
• Additional classes will be added as needed. Classes without sufficient enrollment will be combined with other classes or cancelled.

Dancers should stay in the level they were in this past season unless otherwise advised by Becky. Classes must have sufficient enrollment or they will be cancelled or combined with another class. If you would like to take a class that is not listed, please see Becky. We will be happy to add classes as needed.

Prices:
1st hour class is $34.00 per month - each additional hour is half price.
We will deduct vacations from fees as long as they are pre-arranged at time of original payment of fees. All summer fees are due the first week of summer classes and are to be paid in full unless otherwise arranged with Becky. There are no make-up classes for the summer session, nor are there any unlimited class fees or family discounts available for summer.

All senior competition dancers are required to participate in this workshop. Workshop will consist of 2 technique classes & 2-3 hour rehearsal each day. Cost is $125.00 for the workshop and must be paid on Mon., June 16th. Dancers will not have regular classes this week. Your summer fees will be calculated to reflect this missed week. See Becky to calculate your summer fees which will be due your first week of regular summer classes (June 23rd).
